3D Model License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all digital products sold by ECRVERSE.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any 3D model from our website, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. License Grant
When you purchase a digital product from ECRVERSE, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the license type specified at the time of purchase.
You are not purchasing ownership of the design unless an Ownership License is explicitly granted in writing.
All designs remain the intellectual property of ECRVERSE, unless otherwise stated.
2. Personal Use License (Default License)
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products are sold under a Personal Use License.
✅ You MAY:
- Download and store the digital file
- Use the model for personal projects
- 3D print the model for personal use
- Modify the file for personal use only
❌ You MAY NOT:
- Resell, share, sublicense, or distribute the digital file
- Upload the file to any website, marketplace, cloud drive, or file-sharing service
- Sell, gift, or distribute physical prints of the model
- Use the model in any commercial, promotional, or monetized project
- Claim authorship or ownership of the design
3. Commercial Use License
Products may offer a Commercial Use License, as a separate purchase with written agreement.
With a valid Commercial Use License, you MAY:
- Sell physical printed versions of the model
- Use the model in commercial projects
Commercial License limitations:
- Digital files may never be resold, shared, or redistributed
- Mass production is not permitted unless explicitly stated
- The license applies only to the original purchaser
- The digital file itself always remains the property of ECRVERSE
If a product does not explicitly include a Commercial License, commercial use is strictly prohibited.

4. Ownership License (Exclusive Rights)
An Ownership License grants the purchaser full ownership rights to a specific 3D model created by ECRVERSE.
This license:
- Is not included in standard purchases
- Is available only by written agreement
- Requires full payment before ownership transfer
With an Ownership License, you RECEIVE:
- Full ownership of the specified 3D model
- Exclusive rights for personal and commercial use
- The right to modify, reproduce, and distribute the model
- The right to sell both digital and physical versions
- The right to claim authorship and ownership of the final design
Once ownership is transferred, ECRVERSE will:
- Remove the model from public sale
- Cease all future distribution of the design
Ownership License Conditions:
- Ownership applies only to the specific model listed in the agreement
- Ownership is not retroactive to previously purchased products
- Any designs not explicitly included remain the property of ECRVERSE
What is NOT included:
- Rights to unused concepts, sketches, drafts, or related designs
- Rights to brand identity, logos, trademarks, or portfolio presentation
- Transfer of ownership to third parties unless stated in writing

5. Prohibited Uses (All Licenses)
Under no circumstances may you:
- Share or distribute files to third parties
- Upload files to public or private repositories
- Use designs for NFTs, AI training, or resale platforms
- Reverse engineer files for resale or redistribution
- Use the designs for illegal or harmful activities
Any violation may result in immediate license termination and legal action.
6. No Refunds & 7-Day Support Guarantee
Due to the nature of digital products:
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered.
However, we provide a 7-Day Support Guarantee, during which we will:
- Assist with download or access issues
- Re-send download links if files are corrupted or inaccessible
- Verify file functionality on our end
Support does not include:
- Custom edits
- Software training
- 3D printer or slicer troubleshooting
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, files, images, text, and branding are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. License Termination
This license will be immediately terminated if:
- Any term of this Agreement is violated
- Files are redistributed or misused
- Fraud or abuse is detected
Upon termination, all digital files must be deleted from all data storage of the buyer.
9. Limitation of Liability
ECRVERSE is not responsible for:
- Software or hardware incompatibility
- 3D printing failures or material issues
- Improper use of files
- Loss of data, revenue, or business
All products are used at your own risk.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this License Agreement at any time.
Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
